New and Unused Items
GreenChance Inc. will accept product returns within 15 days of receipt of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 310-929-5333 within 15 days of receipt of the item to notify us of the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
Returns after 15 days of receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us and the shipping charges will be paid by you. The product should be unused, in a like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Custom orders, made to order and non-stock items, are not returnable and not refundable. We do not keep inventory of these items and they are made per order, as such we cannot accept returns, exchanges or issue a refund.
Orders of 10 or more items are not returnable for Neoz Cordless Lighting.
Orders of 5 or more items are not returnable for Heatscope.
Wrong and Defective Items
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the delivery of shipment.
Upon receipt of the package from us, please make sure to inspect the item(s) to ensure that you received the right item(s) and that it is in perfect condition. If there is any damage or if the product is defective,

or if you received a wrong item a claim should be made within 7 days of delivery.
If we shipped the incorrect item(s) we will issue a call tag and arrange for shipment pickup from you to our warehouse. Once we receive the item in our warehouse we will ship the replacement for the same item(s).
All returned items are inspected upon arrival to our warehouse, if returned products arrive used or damaged we will not be able to provide a refund.
After inspection, we will issue a refund within 5 to 7 business days. The credit for returns for reasons other than valid warranty claims will be issued for the purchase price minus the shipping charges and re- stocking fee. We strongly advise you use an insured shipping method to return items back to us.
All products are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers. If you have any questions about the warranty or want to make a claim and know the warranty cover for a particular product, please email or call us. We will work with the manufacturer to work on your claim.
GreenChance Inc requires pictures of the Heatscope installation
prior to returning used or defective product. This is to ensure the installation was done properly, meeting all of our requirements in the given manual.
